Returns Policy

BRONC only accept returns of unused products or defective product on arrival.

You can request a return within 7 days after delivery.

Please use Post Mail service to ship back the products

Buyer has the responsibility to pack the items well so they arrive safely.

If you have any questions about your products within one year, please contact BRONC's customer service staff!

Provide your video work video and BRONC's customer service staff will submit your video to BRONC's technical staff. The technician will analyze the problem according to your video!

BRONC's customer service will inform you of the results as soon as possible and provide you with free product accessories! If your tattoo machine has a major accident! BRONC will ask you to mail your tattoo machine to the designated location! Free repair! (BRONC does not cover shipping costs, but BRONC will give you a box of ink cartridge needles as compensation!)
