Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • The return must be approved by our team before shipping

👉 Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

👉 Important:
You must provide a valid tracking number after shipping your return.
We are not responsible for lost or missing returns without tracking confirmation, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Address

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return instructions and address will be provided after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used tattoo machines or equipment
  • Opened or used cartridges/needles
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Returns received after the 30-day window (if exceptionally accepted)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

We will assess and provide a replacement or solution.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking
  • Returns must comply with all conditions above to be eligible for a refund
