Warranty Period

All BRONC Tattoo machines and tattoo products are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.

Warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Tattoo Machine Motor: 1 Year Warranty

  • Battery: 6 Months Warranty

  • Spare Parts & Accessories: 3 Months Warranty

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects only.


Warranty Services

During the warranty period, if your product experiences a defect caused by manufacturing or material issues, we will provide the following support:

Free Repair

We will repair the product free of charge if it becomes damaged or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect.

Free Replacement

If the product cannot be repaired and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement product.

Refund

If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will accept a return and provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
